I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic for visiting Disneyland and the public areas are beautiful, I faced some challenges during my stay. The rooms were quite small and had some cleanliness issues, and despite excellent customer care, my concerns about the room weren't adequately addressed. Overall, it has great amenities but also some significant downsides that I think potential guests should be aware of.
